For sale or trade 77 Capri 302/T-5/posi

$4,500.00
$4,500.00
Want to trade very rare and different 1977 Ford Carpi MKII. Was a factory 2.8 V6 car, now has a 302 non roller engine, decked heads, Parker Funnel Web Intake, Holley 750, 14" K&N air cleaner, MSD Distrib., MSD Blaster2 Coil, MSD 6AL box, 02 Camaro Radiator and Dual fans, headers, Ford Racing wires, Junction box mounted on the firewall with 2-30amp fuses(you won't burn this car up with electrical problem.) T5 5 speed, Hurst shifter, aluminum driveshaft, 3.08 posi. Yellow Optima battery mounted correctly in the trunk area. Rear seat folds down fla.Has factory 13" rims. There is 4" of room between the inside of the tire to the shock/leaf spring, so you can put a nice wide tire under it. Has the SAME Bolt Pattern as a Fox Body Mustang, so you can use 4 lug fox body rims. Brand new 2 1/2" exhaust ran to the back to Flow Masters and dumped. I have the hood for the car, just didn't want to cut a hole in it. New owner can cut a hole in the hood and mount a scoop of go to a smaller intake. I have replaced the water, volt, oil gauges with white face gauges. I have a Autometer Phantom speedo not installed at this time. Replaced front brake pads 2 weeks ago and a new passenger side tie rod. The car was built in West Germany and then shipped to the USA as were all Capri's of this kind. I have a blast driving this car, and very rarely will a person guess what it is. Everytime I go somewhere and get gas, a soda, whatever, there is someone at my car trying to figure out what kind of car it is. Has some bubbling here and there, NOTHING MAJOR. Car is a blast to drive, but I want to get into the older cars.
Adult driven, very quick. I left the small tires on it so it wouldn't hook up. If you go to a bigger tire, you better fab some sub-frame connectors. I don't HAVE to sell her I am just wanting to build something ALOT older. Current Tags and Stickers. Car weighs 2500lbs. There are about 15 different body kits for the car if you want to go that direction as they continued to build this car in Europe in it's present for until 1987. They sell custom suspensions, spoilers, body kits, drilled brake rotors, ect. I am getting back into Pre-1964 cars. Must be running driving trade that is tagged and stickered. pretty open on trades. Lots of pics here---> http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k46/robsta11111/77%20Carpi/
