1956 Chevy Shoe Box 210, 2 door Project Car

1956 Chevy 2 door 210 sedan. This Chevy was purchased in Brooklet GA; from there the car was towed home and completely stripped of the interior, plumbing, wiring motor and transmission, to include the all of the glass. At that time all of the sheet metal was addressed, floor sections, new door skins, lower door inner bottoms, right rear section behind passenger door, the hood was nosed and decked, trunk pans were replaced, a mini tub was preformed, tail pan and rear sheet metal support was replaced. The under side of the car was cleaned with a wire wheel and a SEM primer / top coat was applied. The dash was sanded and primed with a high build primer; the interior of the car was primed with a 2 part etching primer. All paint was stripped and the body was treated with a metal etch from SEM. The pictures show a brown coating on the outer sheet metal this is NOT RUST. Inner finders were sand blasted and primed. At that point body work was stopped due to time / health and experience. The hood, front fenders, door gaps, door contour, all requires alignment.
A Fat Man Front clip ($2500) was installed with tubular A arms, Chrome coil over’s, rack and pinion steering and 11 inch disk brakes. Tilt column from an old Chevy van was installed, (column shift). A Small Block 350 engine and & 700R4 transmission have been installed. Both are missing parts and need to be rebuilt.
The price of the car includes many new parts; New Part List: Tinted side glass kit no codes, includes vent glass, Tinted front glass no codes, Complete Soff Seal weather stripping, seals, whisker channels, fire wall pad, gaskets and grommets. Approx price when purchased $1000. Bosh 7 inch brake booster with out a master cylinder. Dessert copper core 4 row radiator, fan shroud, fender extensions. Several hardware kits form Classic Chevy. New Classic Chevy hood hinges.
Several of the original parts were retained for the rebuilt, to many to list. Two sets of window stainless included, and all side stainless was retained.
