Looking for full time position with race team

Hello my name is Justin Knisley I am 19 years old, I am looking for a full time position on a sprint car team i have 3 years experience for a race team down here in Washington State. Some of my duties were changing tires, scraping mud, checking tire pressure, checking nuts and bolts, I did all this for 3 years starting out on my friends team when he raced mini sprints one year then moved up to a 360 and 410 sprint cars in 2006. I am hoping to be on a World Of Outlaw team but any racing team in the motorsports industry i would take because i love it and have been around it since i was 2 years old! I want to make this my life and job im willing to travel all i would need is payed airfare and accomidations and i would work hard so that is taken care of. I just really want to travel to all the tracks and be on a pit crew and am willing to work 110 percent to acheive this goal!
