Bad ass pump gas 80 Malibu trade/sale

As some of you know my wife and I just had a baby boy on the 2nd of July. I didn't think this would affect my thoughts on keeping the car but it has. I love my Bu and have dumped tons of money and time into it over the last year but....................I'm ready for a change.

I would prefer to trade for a lower mile 50k or so modded LS1 Camaro or maybe a modded Fox body or newer 4.6 Mustang. I don't want somebody elses project or a car with 150k miles. Want a car I throw the car seat in and turn the AC on and go.

I may be way off, but I would guess my cars trade value at 12-14k. I prob spent close to 10k on the motor last year.

VERY nice custom interior, power windows, locks, rear defrost, Autometer gauges, and JVC cd player.

I have dyno sheets, recipts, videos, hundreds of photos of the car as I got it and during all the mods. Motor is a steel head solid roller 388 with all good parts that made 556hp and 483tq. Trans is a new (150 miles) Coan TH350 forward manual trans. with 36 element sprag and 9.5" 4500 stall. The rear is a 9" with 373s, dbl adjustable uppers and Edelbrock lowers, Hotchkis springs and Drag Bags. Fiberglass hood and front bumper, manual steering, no wiper, heat or AC. G force x-member, 1 3/4" Schoenfelds and 3" exhaust and Spintech Pro Shoot Outs w/dumps at the rear. Just put a new NX Hitman (100/150/200) spraybarless plate on the car. It has been sprayed once on the street to test and that's it. It has a Dynotune purge and bottle heater.

Body is a 6-7 IMO but I'm extremely picky. No rust and frame rails are great too.

Car has been to the track once in May with the new motor and took third gear out of the trans. I did however make a few 1/8th mile passes and it ran 7.37 at 95ish on a cold poorly prepped track. Put the new Coan trans in and haven't been back yet. Plan to go Aug. 2nd if I still have it.

Motor has a small leak in the rear main area which drives me friggin nuts. I just live with it and will fix it this winter if I still have it. NO leaks otherwise. Also car still has stock tank and uel line to the front but it's definately not affecting performance. Also currently no speedo cable or E brakes.
